The background of white dunes somehow doesn’t really resonate with the idea of ​​the title, that someone is creating the future. The Movers are unlikely to stop in the desert to build a future for themselves. They will rush to get out of here as quickly as possible.

You are on the job search page, it is clear that the background is not needed in principle. But if you insert it, then something inspiring, and not dry sand with a direct correspondence with the concept of staff turnover…

I wanted to say that with this title, such a background is associated on a subconscious level with a shallow bottom, not a solid surface underfoot, and hence with the uncertainty of affairs. Perhaps I have too piercing a view on simple things, but there are many different people on the Internet with their own internal perception of design and concepts for designing pages on the Internet. Probably these are also apparent. Graphic and web designers should try to take these keys into account in their work.
