The discussion of the Roscosmos logo is an “old button accordion”, but the topic is long-playing and suitable for the start of my industry location, namely on April 12, Cosmonautics Day (USSR).
No one doubts that the “Roscosmos” logo is in line with the NASA meatball graphic philosophy. Of course, there is a common beginning, and it would be highly expected from a space state corporation. They made a simplified version. It turned out what was visible: instead of a fiery plume in starry space – a “stump of the Kremlin star” in the form of an experiment, and a halo of circular motion (if in a general circle, then as on the background planet).
There is no connection with the Interkosmos logo from the time of international flights of the USSR, but the red arrow is absolutely taken from the “Rosaviakosmos” logo (1990s-2000s) at the beginning of the century.
The sign carries an infographic that “the spacecraft has deorbited”. It seems that from this moment on and back, the degradation of the space superpower began, up to the “trampoline”…
Space programs literally evaporated and evaporated people’s money (tax collections from the population to the state budget). A modern illustration for the satirical-romantic “Golden Calf”, which mentions the Horns and Hooves office, opened by Ostap to hide illegal acts.
